The pressure on local authorities from those in housing need and those in danger of repossession is increasing massively. This event looked at practical strategies for local authorities, housing providers and their partners, including:

• How to best use money advice services to prevent homelessness
• Early experiences of those using the new Mortgage rescue tools
• Private sector perspectives –  analysis and tools from a leading private sector agency in the field
• Enhancing options – Good practice ideas from the Enhanced Housing Options pilots
