Stockport MBC: Delivery of affordable housing through s.106 agreement
Date added: 05/02/2012
The Council’s standard S106 agreement requires developers to dispose of affordable housing units to a RSL at the affordable price. The S106 ensures the affordable housing is occupied by eligible households and remains affordable in perpetuity.
To view an example of Stockport's s.106 agreement, please download this document. A list of their Affordable Housing prices (2008/09) is attached in annex 1, alongside names and contact details of partner registered Housing Associations of the Stockport Housing Partnership.
