York Street Development
The York Street Development (now named Bridge Street), is in the Castletown area of Penrith, within walking distance of the town centre.
The development incorporates outright sale, rental and part-ownership properties in an innovative scheme. The mix of 1, 2, and 3-bed homes ensures that there is a varied group of occupiers, from single people to families, providing a balanced and sustainable community.
The works completed in February 2007, and all properties are now occupied successfully.
